The hotel was in an incredible location next to Piazza San Marco and a short walk to Ponte Rialto, St Mark's Square and other attractions of Venice and the town centre for what we wanted it for. We had goodies and coffee at Marmi's Cafe, it was located a minute walk from the venue.

I asked for a deluxe room and the one given was large and newly remodelled. The breakfast was sensational with a lot of products. Every staff member was excellent and outstandingly accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, by water taxi from the airport, convenient to go everywhere.

What a pleasant staff! Unbeatable and stunning location short walk to the Piazza San Marco, water taxi, which is a trilling ride and well worth the money and the town centre, a short walk to Doge's Palace.

The place is fairly clean and upgraded. The employees are all professional. The units were nicely decorated and well-appointed in which the aircon did n't work. The breakfasts are excellent. Recommend while travelling to Venice.

The property is WONDERFUL and fairly clean, offers sensational breakfasts. The units are brand-new, spotless with a bath. The staff are outstandingly accommodating, we truly enjoyed them. The location is excellent, just a short stroll away from an ornate footbridge.
In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.
